have good news here at the top of the hour. dc police saying 6-year-old jayvon brown has been found. family members leaving the apartment here on columbia road told us they were first told he was at the 5th district police station. he was found along with this woman quail that we have been tell you guys about, that she had been called a person of interest, she is 5'11", mohawk hair police believe she was with jayvon and the two of them were found together. they were found over on monroe street, northeast, so, quite a few blocks away from here police say jayvon disappeared yesterday morning 9:00 a.m., he was outside playing, and his mother lost track of where he was and who he was with, and it wassurveillance video from the apartment complex yesterday morning that spotted call and jayvon together. here is what his aunt had to say when they were on their way to reunite with him. >> he is in good hands now. he went to children's hospital. so we are going there. we are going to pray, and this is a wake up call for the mother, any mother the keep her eye out. >> dc police tell us, the in

. again we will give you his description, 6 years old, 3'4", 45 to 50 pounds, brown eyes black hair. medium complex and slim build. you can see with his little smile looks like he has a little gap between his front teeth. last seen wearing a green t- shirt, with a white t-shirt underneath it, blue jeans, with red and black shoes. he does have some other family members here a grandmother who was recently here and just left. the mom tells us she is under the impression, that her son should be coming home soon. there has been a lot of police activity here in the neighbourhood. several police cars back in the courtyard and the commanders police car, third district behind me here. this is the place where we believe he lives and the little playground over there. so, the best we can hope allison and tony is that this does have a good resolution, that is the way signs are pointing now but again in cases like this you just never know. we will be here scene and hopefully, we can bring you some good news later today. >>> i am hoping that as well. thank you so much. >>> some of our other top st

brown lost his job as an accountant with the grey administration and then lost some very serious accusations of pay outs in grey's campaign. he faces three illegal counts of making campaign contributions. it is believed he will plead guilty in a deal he made with federal prosecutors but will not know until 11:00 a.m. this morning, feds say gore used three money orders to make contributions in the name of another person court papers do not specifically name grey or brown but documents allege donations were transferred from candidate a to candidate b, and that gore destroy add notebook containing a record of those illegal payments. brown said he was paid by grey staffers to bash former mayor fente during campaign debate. it was just $535 but could support much bigger allegations that mayor grey himself was involved in illegal campaign dealings, for a city council that has grown weary of scandals, some members are ready for the feds to wrap up a yearlong investigation whatever the outcome. >> i am just really hopeful the u.s. attorney is getting to the end of these investigations, c
